Will Postlethwait

Fretted Repairs ​

Will Postlethwait is a guitarist and upright bass player, with a bachelor's degree in music performance from UNCG. Will has been working on fretted instruments for over a decade. He has attended workshops with Bob Smakula at the Augusta Heritage Center. In addition to handling repairs, Will is also our "go to guy" for advice on guitar purchases, since he is the chief person responsible for selecting the guitars that High Strung sells. 

Will Postlethwait is our fretted instrument specialist, he brings an understanding of the mechanics to diagnose and fix almost anything with frets. ​​

​It's official! The votes are in and High Strung is a Best of the Triangle Winner 2022! We are once again "The Best Place to Buy Musical Instruments". Our school was also voted first runner up in "The Best Music Lessons in the Triangle".
