High Strung Violin Rental Pricing
I hand inspect and play every instrument before it makes it into our rental fleet.- Christine
Violins are available from $20 - $35 per month, depending on the quality of the
instrument.
Gold Rental - $34/Month
Great sounding instruments with Dominant Strings, with a retail price of $695 if you were
purchasing one. Great looking, too, with an upgraded bow. Way above your average rental
instrument.
Silver Rental - $29/Month
These instruments come with Dominant Strings; bows are either wood or Glasser fiberglass
bows. Very good sounding, handsome instruments.
Bronze Rental - $25/Month
Good sounding instruments, with Prelude strings; bows are Glasser fiberglass bows. At this
level, we have a mix of new instruments and good sounding older instruments in good
shape.
Quarter-size Rental - $25/month
1/4-size Violins.
Tiny Violin Rental - $20/month
1/8, 1/10 and 1/16 instruments.
Wal-Mart/Target/Internet Quality Rentals - NO NO NO!!!!
Students need a decent instrument to ensure a good start. The old adage "you get what
you pay for" was never truer than on violins. An $89 violin is *not* a playable instrument
and is an impediment to learning. "Fuhgeddaboutit."
100% of your rental fees can be used as a credit toward
