Lee Raymond

Lee is a luthier (trained by the
Summit School of Guitar Building & Repair on Vancouver Island), a
fiddle player, a mountain dulcimer teacher, and has a background and
passion for music retail. She came to High Strung to buy a violin and
ended up buying half the business!

Every fretted instrument that comes into the store crosses Lee's
workbench for a set-up. Yes, even the colorful ukuleles!

When not working, Lee spends time playing fiddle and harp at Irish
sessions around the Triangle, and dancing with the adult troupe from
Raleigh's
Inis Cairde School of Irish Dance.
